
Ingredients
- 3/4 pound ahi yellowfin tuna sushi grade
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds toasted
- 2 tsp sesame oil toasted
- 1 cucumber
Instructions
- Cut tuna into 1/4 inch thick slices; cut the bloodline out if needed- transfer to a plate
- Thinly slice cucumber using a sharp knife and place them in between tuna slices
- Drizzle the fish with the ponzu sauce and sesame oil; Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately
