
Grilled Scallops with Lemon and Herbs

Ingredients
- 1 lb sea scallops large
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions

- Add the scallops to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes, up to 2 hours.1 lb sea scallops
- Remove scallops from marinade. Thread scallops onto skewers (if desired) or grill them directly.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook scallops for 1-2 minutes on each side until they are opaque and firm.
