Homemade Shrimp and Grits

  • 3 oz Clarified Butter and Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Diced Bacon
  • 1 pound 21/25 Gulf Shrimp Peeled and Deveined
  • 1 oz of Chives
  • 1/2 cup of Mushrooms
  • 3 cups of Cheddar Cheese Grits


  • Saute the shrimp and diced bacon in clarified butter and garlic.
  • Add in the mushrooms and chives on top of the saute’d shrimp.
  • Remove from saute pan and place on top of cheddar cheese grits.
  • Enjoy!!
