Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 Canadian salmon
- 2 Olive Oil
- 2 Yellow or White Miso
- 2 Honey
- 1 Soy Sauce
- 1 Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
Instructions
- Set your broiler to high.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the miso, honey, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Mix until well combined.2 Yellow or White Miso, 2 Honey, 1 Soy Sauce, 1 Rice Wine Vinegar, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet lined with foil.4 Canadian salmon, 2 Olive Oil
- Brush half of the glaze mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place the baking sheet under the broiler for 8-11 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
- Once the salmon is done, remove it from the broiler and brush with the remaining glaze before serving.
Notes
Allow the salmon to come to room temperature before broiling for even cooking. Brining the salmon in salt water can enhance flavor and texture.
