
Ingredients
- 1 box Louisiana Fish Fry Traditional Stuffing Mix
- 1 pint oysters (10 oysters from pint) chopped
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1¼ cups water
- ¼ cup oyster liquor juice from pint
Instructions
- Follow instructions on back of box: Boil water and butter. Add mix from box.
- Mix in oysters and turn off heat. Let sit for five minutes with the lid on.
- If you like your dressing a little crispy on top. Put in over at 375℉ for 20-30 min.
- Serve
Notes
Bread and fry the rest of the oysters as a second appetizer. Use dipping sauce like tartar sauce, remoulade or any of your favorite dipping sauces.
