Louisiana Fish Fry Easy Oyster Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 box Louisiana Fish Fry Traditional Stuffing Mix
  • 1 pint oysters (10 oysters from pint) chopped
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • cups water
  • ¼ cup oyster liquor juice from pint

Instructions

  • Follow instructions on back of box: Boil water and butter. Add mix from box.
  • Mix in oysters and turn off heat. Let sit for five minutes with the lid on.
  • If you like your dressing a little crispy on top. Put in over at 375℉ for 20-30 min.
  • Serve

Notes

Bread and fry the rest of the oysters as a second appetizer. Use dipping sauce like tartar sauce, remoulade or any of your favorite dipping sauces.
