  • 1 lb Mahi skin off cut into 4 pieces
  • Coat generously in Lola’s Caribbean Spices Found at Groomers!
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Diced Pineapple
  • 1/4 cup Diced Jalapeno
  • 1/4 cup Diced Cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Diced Onion
  • 1/4 Fresh Lime Juice
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste


  • In A Hot Skillet Add 3 Tablespoons Of Olive Oil
  • Cook Mahi for 8-10 minutes on medium high heat
  • While Mahi is cooking cut Pineapple, jalapeno, cilantro & onion
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice add salt and pepper then gently mix ingredients together in a small bowl
  • When Mahi is cooked warm up your favorite tortilla & enjoy a light and fresh taco night the whole family will love!
