
Ingredients
- 1 lb Mahi skin off cut into 4 pieces
- Coat generously in Lola’s Caribbean Spices Found at Groomers!
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 cup Diced Pineapple
- 1/4 cup Diced Jalapeno
- 1/4 cup Diced Cilantro
- 1/4 cup Diced Onion
- 1/4 Fresh Lime Juice
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- In A Hot Skillet Add 3 Tablespoons Of Olive Oil
- Cook Mahi for 8-10 minutes on medium high heat
- While Mahi is cooking cut Pineapple, jalapeno, cilantro & onion
- Squeeze fresh lime juice add salt and pepper then gently mix ingredients together in a small bowl
- When Mahi is cooked warm up your favorite tortilla & enjoy a light and fresh taco night the whole family will love!
