Guidry’s- Crawfish Etouffee
Guidry’s Cajun Crawfish Etoufee Mix an authentic cajun etouffee’ in three easy steps. This is a dry seasoned mix that you just add your crawfish or shrimp to while cooking. Guidry’s crawfish etoufee is made with a fat free roux.
Bring three cups of water to a boil in a sauce pan.
Pour contents of package and stir until mix is all dissolved.
Lower heat to a simmer and cook for twenty minutes, or until sauce thickens.
Add one pound of fresh crawfish or shrimp to the sauce, cook for 15 minutes, serve over rice.
Or for a tasty twist serve over baked fish!
