La Boucherie Chicken Stuffed with Wild Rice Pecan makes a great dinner the whole family is sure to love. This chicken is ready to cook and partially deboned, with only the wing bones remaining. Just cook in the oven and within an hour and a half to two hours you will have a gourmet meal ready that is sure to please.
Thawing Instructions: When thawing, leave the chicken in the sealed plastic bag. Thaw by either- Placing in refrigerator approximately 24-48 hours or placing in cold water approximately 1-3 hours.

Cooking Instructions: Preheat over to 375 degrees and remove chicken from bag. For Thawed Chicken- cover chicken loosely with foil and bake approx. 1 1/2 hours. For Frozen Chicken- cover chicken tightly with foil and bake approx. 1 1/2 hours, remove foil and bake uncovered for approx. 30 minutes longer. Let chicken rest for 10 minutes, remove string and carve. Enjoy! This chicken weighs approx. 2.75 pounds.
