La Boucherie Pork Chop Stuffed With Jalapeno Cornbread



La Boucherie cuts each pork chop 1 ½ inches thick and uses only the premium part of the bone-in pork loin.  A pocket is cut in the chop then it is stuffed and seasoned.  The pork chops may be slow cooked on the grill or baked in the oven.
