This is a live product out of it’s natural habitat. While we will do everything we can to mitigate it, dead loss is a possibility. You purchase this item at your own risk and we will not honor any refunds for dead loss. We will pack your lobster with the intent of them going straight home (no ice will be used). Should you choose to store your lobster, keep them in a cool, moist environment. The best place is in the refrigerator, with a moist paper towel on top. NO ICE.

This is a live product we are bringing out of Maine just for you for the date you select at check out with a minimal shelf life. This means if you cancel your order the day of, we are stuck with this product, especially on a Saturday. We understand things can happen, and we make exceptions to our rules from time to time when the situation calls for it. But if you order this item understand you are agreeing to pay for this item even if you fail to pick up. If something comes up, call us ASAP and we will try to work with you. By purchasing you agree that rain or shine, a refund cannot be processed.
