Availability is very limited. Please do not order more than 2 days ahead of time. Any orders over 5 lbs will not be fulfilled.

Miscuts are a mix of cuts that may have some sushi-grade and some cook-grade cuts so it is recommended that all miscuts be cooked and not eaten raw.
