
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Redfish fillets any fish of your preference
- 15 oz jar of Salsa any of your preference on heat
- 1 tsp salt optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Spray the 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Put the fish fillets in a baking fish in a single layer.
- Sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Pour the salsa on top of the fish, and spread it to coat the fish.
- Put the salsa fish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes (or until the fish flakes easily with a fork).
