Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Redfish fillets any fish of your preference
  • 15 oz jar of Salsa any of your preference on heat
  • 1 tsp salt optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400F.
  • Spray the 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Put the fish fillets in a baking fish in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle with salt to taste.
  • Pour the salsa on top of the fish, and spread it to coat the fish.
  • Put the salsa fish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes (or until the fish flakes easily with a fork).
