HONDURAN CALDO DE CAMARON (SHRIMP SOUP)
This seafood soup features a variety of vegetables you won’t typically find in your average bowl of soup. You’re welcome to adjust the ingredients—add more or leave some out, depending on your taste. But there’s one ingredient that truly makes this soup shine: coconut milk. It adds a rich, creamy texture and a subtle sweetness that sets it apart from any other seafood soup.
