
Ingredients
- 1-3 lb Cod fillets
- 1 pkg Louisiana Fish Fry Beer Batter mix
- 1 cup Guinness Stout beer substitute any beer of choice or club soda
Instructions
- Combine Batter Mix and Beer
- Dip fish into the batter mixture until completely coated; shake off excess batter
- Heat oil to 350 degrees. Slowly dip each piece in the hot oil and hold for 2-3 seconds before dropping into the deep fryer. Fry until golden brown and internal temperature is 145 degrees. Enjoy! (coats up to 3 lbs of fish)
