OLD BAY® Baked Crusted Salmon
Salmon is a popular choice among fish as it is rich in Omega-3 oils. Here's a healthy way to prepare this fish that adds extra flavor but not extra calories. (Hey, health nuts can have fun, too!)

- 1 tsp OLD BAY® Classic Seafood Seasoning
- ½ tsp Dill Weed
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- olive oil
- 1 lb salmon fillets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450° F. In a small bowl mix OLD BAY dill weed and onion powder.
- Place fish skin-side down in lightly greased baking pan. Lightly brush fish with oil. Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over fish.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
Salmon can be substituted with swordfish or mahi mahi.
